The DIY PacMan Costume was pretty inexpensive! The only supplies I needed were cardboard, hot glue, box tape, ribbon, and acrylic paint. The cardboard was free thanks to all the online shopping I do. I already had the ribbon, the hot glue gun, the hot glue sticks, and the box tape, but those are relatively inexpensive to find.
